Something that I do every morning is wrist rotation. Usually when I wake up in the morning my joints in the wrist are quite painful so I need to release it with mobility exercises.
Holding my right wrist
Bending the fingers inside
slowly bending the wrist downward until I feel a stretch
Repeating the bedding for the other side
Repeat this for the left wrist
Making a fist with both hands
Rotate the wrist inside 3 times
Rotate the wrist outside 3 times
